Ria is a Fifth Year Law Student, pursuing B.A LL.B. (Hons.) from Symbiosis Law School, Pune. Often found at the basketball court in the evening, she is someone who geeks over all things sports, technology and literature. She has a keen eye for observing things around her which are a matter of discourse or discussion, and she is always eager to find solutions for gaps in law that affect the society as a whole, and individuals in particular.
She has actively worked in the sports and tech space in India, and has always been intrigued by the interoperability of different laws. With the Law as her passion and curiosity as her biggest strength, she is motivated to map the issues which need to be addressed in this space, so that she can play her role in finding solutions, as India stands at the threshold of an exciting and transformative journey.

Being someone who cherishes the beauty of sports and the power of law, Aakash has very recently kickstarted his sports law career as a Trainee with 14 Sports Law, a boutique international sports law firm based in Portugal, with their Litigation & Arbitration Department, which provides legal advice to various stakeholders in the sports industry across the world.
Aakash is the Co-founder of Sports Law and Policy Review Reporter (SLPRR), an open-access-digital platform to facilitate academic research and fill the jurisprudential lacunae in the discipline of sports law, which has been consistently ranked amongst the top 25 Sports Law Blogs around the world, garnering an audience base of over 10k readers. He is also a Co-founder and Host at Khel Radio Podcast, an all-things-sports podcast created by SLPRR in collaboration with Athletes Today Private Limited, for tracking various sporting events around the world. Furthermore, he is a published author with numerous publications in reputed national as well as international legal blogs & journals.
Moreover, he is a die-hard football fan, and as a sportsperson, he is a national level (U19) football player, who has led his School, College, and State Teams as the Captain and has also previously participated in reputed tournaments such as the Subroto International Football Cup (U17) & Delhi League – A Division (Senior).
Aakash is also highly intrigued by Technology, Fintech, and Capital Markets, being a Retail Individual Investor in various secondary markets across India & USA. In a nutshell, he is a growth minded individual striving to constantly seek new experiences, learn holistically, and to push himself to greater heights mentally, physically and spiritually.
